The current typical lead time for a custom dining table or other custom furniture is around two weeks. Timing can change depending on the size and complexity of the piece, timber availability and current workshop bookings. I will confirm the expected timeframe before you commit.
Custom dining tables currently range from around $500 to $2,500. The final price depends on the size, timber, design, finish and delivery requirements. Send through a photo of your space, rough measurements and the style you are drawn to, and I can give you more useful guidance.
Current custom work in these categories generally starts from around $400 to $800. The size, storage, timber, design and installation requirements all affect the final quote.
I offer collection from Springwood, local delivery across the Blue Mountains and Greater Western Sydney, and wider NSW delivery by arrangement. Delivery is quoted individually based on the piece, destination and site access. In-home placement or installation can also be arranged for larger pieces.
Yes. We can talk about the timber, its look and the character you would like in the finished piece. Reclaimed timber naturally varies in grain, colour, knots and markings, so I will help you choose an option that suits the look and use of your furniture.
Yes. Inspiration images are a great place to start. They help show the proportions, style or function you are drawn to. I will use them as a reference point and make sure the finished piece works for your space, timber choice and practical needs.
Reclaimed timber is wood that has been recovered from a previous use and prepared for a new life. It may carry nail holes, old marks, grain variation and colour changes. These features are part of what make reclaimed timber furniture individual.
Both terms refer to timber being given another life rather than being used once and discarded. “Reclaimed” often describes timber recovered from an earlier structure or use. “Recycled” is a broader term for timber recovered and reused in new furniture. The exact history of each board can vary, which is why the material is part of the story of every piece.
Reclaimed and recycled timber can be a more sustainable material choice because it puts usable timber back into use instead of relying only on newly milled boards. The exact environmental benefit depends on the timber’s source, condition and the project, so I will be clear about what I know about the material used in your piece.
Care instructions are provided with every finished piece. In general, wipe spills promptly, use coasters and placemats, avoid harsh cleaners and keep the timber away from prolonged heat or moisture. The best oiling or cleaning routine depends on the finish and timber used, so follow the care notes supplied with your piece.
Yes. I am happy to work with interior designers, stylists and trade professionals on client projects. Send through the brief, dimensions, site information, timing and any relevant inspiration so we can discuss what is needed.
Yes. The Available Now page shows finished one-off pieces that are ready to go. Each listing includes the exact dimensions, timber, price and collection or delivery information. If you do not see what you are looking for, send me a message — I can let you know what is currently in the workshop or help you start a custom piece.
Workshop visits are available by appointment. Get in touch to arrange a time, especially if you would like to talk through a custom project in person.
I will come back to you within 24 hours. I may ask a few questions about the space, measurements, timber, timing, budget or delivery location so I can give you useful advice and prepare an accurate quote.
Get in touch as soon as you can. Whether a change can be made depends on how far the build has progressed. I will explain what is possible and any change to timing or cost before we proceed.
Change-of-mind returns are not offered on custom-made or one-off ready-made pieces. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if a product does not meet a consumer guarantee. Please see the Delivery, Care & Returns page or get in touch if you have a concern.
